The Innovators provides technology solutions including (but not limited to) web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, branding & designing, cloud services, and 24/7 IT support. These Terms govern your use of our services, website, and all related platforms.

User Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional service agreements.
  • You understand that violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

Scope of Services

  • Our services are tailored to client needs and may require separate written agreements or proposals.
  • Delivery timelines, features, and costs will be communicated clearly in project agreements.
  • While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure services due to the nature of technology.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution.
  • Ensure that all materials, content, and data provided do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Make timely payments as agreed in invoices or contracts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account details and all communications with us.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule.
  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed as per the specific service contract.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and materials developed by The Innovators remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred as agreed in the project contract.
  • Our brand “The Innovators”, logo, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of The Innovators.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Innovators is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party tools, platforms, or service interruptions beyond our control.

Confidentiality & Data Security

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during a project.
  • We follow industry standards to safeguard your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the evolving nature of technology.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
  • Outstanding payments must be cleared before termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and rules of the Republic of India, including the IT Act, 2000 and Companies Act, 2013. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of India.
